Founder and Chairman of JCB Legal, Adv. Chandrakant S. Kobnak, a Lawyer having practical experience in courts and laws since August, 2004. He has completed LLB in the year 2007 with First Class from Government Law College, Churchgate, Mumbai, a very reputed college in Maharashtra, India. He enrolled himself with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in August, 2007.

He got expertise in Co-operative Housing Society’s Laws:- Consultation in respect of Bye-Laws of Society, Legal Opinion on various issues of the society, Notice/Reply, Maintenance Recovery, Conveyance/Deemed Conveyance, Testamentary matters such as obtaining Succession Certificate / Letter of Administration/Probate.  We also deal with consultation on an annual basis which includes, consultancy regarding bye-laws of society, legal opinion on various issues, Notice/Reply, recovery of maintenance etc.

He also expertise in NGO/TRUST/SOCIETY/MANDAL – Charity Commissioner Office related work  since June 2007 – such as Registration, Change Reports, Audits, all disputes and other work in reference to Charity Commissioner office.
